Each person by becoming a member of SAHJA, and each person by becoming a participant in a horse show sanctioned by SAHJA, agrees and promises to indemnify and hold SAHJA harmless for him/herself and his/her heirs, assigns, children and minor dependents or wards of and from and/all obligations, liability, claim, or any injury or damage sustained or incurred by said person or by his/her horse as a direct or indirect result of any participation at any horse show, meeting event or any other activity of any kind or nature whatsoever in which SAHJA may or may not be involved or associated, same to include all legal expenses incurred.
